About Adam Semenuk

Adam Semenuk is a practical guy. He is a real estate salesperson, true. But he doesn’t really consider himself a salesman in the strictest sense of the word. He sees himself as a service provider. “To me, it’s all about customer service. I try to put myself in my client’s shoes and approach every transaction from their perspective. I do my best to see that they are getting what they are expecting, no surprises.” And Adam can relate to buyers and sellers, no doubt, because he has been in that role himself many times.

A native of Niagara, Adam, after high school went on to Brock University where he began in Accounting but graduated with an honors BA in Business with an Accounting minor. After graduation, he worked in an accounting capacity for the casino, the City and large business, before eventually entering the field of Real Estate.

And real estate is something that Adam comes by naturally. For one thing he has been buying and renovating homes since he finished school. He understands the process, the structure and is able to spot deficiencies and see potential. A very valuable insight he makes available to his clients. At the same time, Adam understands the power of real estate investment. No doubt his strong Accounting background comes into play here, but over time Adam has personally invested in real estate building up a portfolio of 5 or 6 rental properties himself.

Adam has studied real estate. But more importantly he has walked the walk. And he sees his role in life as being able to help his clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it be buying or selling a home or investing in bricks and mortar. Adam is a practical guy. He understands real estate . And he stands ready to help his clients make informed buying or selling decisions and benefit from his expertise.
